I took these pictures this morning after getting the boys out to school. The sun was only just coming up. We have much more than this out there now.
Yes, you read that right, the boys are in school today. I keep checking the website to see if they'll be released early but no go so far. I'm really not very happy about them traveling on a bus for an hour in this weather. It's supposed to continue snowing through tonight and all day tomorrow too. I'm going to have to seriously think on whether I'm going to send them to school tomorrow, especially if the weather is still this bad.
I have to admit though, as much as I hate the weather being so bad I do love how beautiful it all looks.
Man! and it's only December! I dont really want to think about how Jan/Feb are going to be like. LOL

Amy, I'm so jealous. We just had sleet and a few little tiny snowflakes here. Now here we are up in east Texas and my dad went down to the Gulf Coast last night and they have snow on the ground. It's just not fair. I know what you mean about travelling to school. Because of the ice--several of the surrounding schools are starting 2 hours later. But not us--Kayla and I are about to head out--I'm teaching her science and PE class today. PE is staying in and watching a movie. LOL Please enjoy the snow for me.
I am jealous too!! It was 70 and windy yesterday, all my lights keep blowing down. All that snow can't be any different from a PA winter ( or upstate NY like I had!) The schools closed only once or twice, usually due to power being out. Im praying that the fine German engineers make good snowplows so you have a good path to the hospital! Good luck! the pictures are gorgeous.
